A new Dharma Talk is now available. The title is “Master Mayu Waves His Fan.”
The offering was delivered on Sunday, April 21st, during O-An Zendo’s Sunday program. The talk is part of a short “(re)orientation series” and focuses on what I call, following Dōgen Zenji, the “essential art of zazen [seated meditation].” I am less concerned with physical posture and more concerned with the spirit with which we sit and Dōgen’s directive to “think not-thinking,” which I interpret in terms of Trust and Patience.
